About Charity

First of all, welcome to my page! I hope this will be the start of our fitness & nutrition journey together! I am extremely passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals - whether that be to lose 100 lbs or gain 10 lbs of muscle, we can work together to achieve that!

About 5 years ago is when I really got into health and nutrition and it started all through realizing that I needed to make changes in the way I was living because I was not happy with how I was feeling or what I was seeing in the mirror. I purchased a workout and meal plan for $100 and started guiding myself through that. Even though I used to be a competitive gymnast when I was a teenager lifting weights was way out of my comfort zone. However before I knew it I was getting the hang of it all and I started to see results. My consistency was paying off and I was hooked! Before I knew it I was getting ready to compete in my first bodybuilding show in the figure division and today I am an IFBB Fitness Pro. Never in a million years did I ever think at the start of my journey into living a healthy lifestyle that I would end up a professional athlete but here I am. Not once have I ever said to myself or anyone that I regret making the decision to make myself a priority and live a healthy life. It was possibly one of the best things that I have ever done for myself.

Over the course of the last 5 years I have also become a certified personal trainer as well have earned a certificate in sports nutrition. I am continually pursuing new opportunities to learn more and expand my knowledge in both fitness and nutrition so that I can provide the best coaching and support to all my clients.

During my own journey (which is still ongoing and always will be, just like yours!) I discovered a true passion for helping people get their health back on track by teaching them about fitness and nutrition and how to incorporate both elements into their lives while still living a flexible and balanced life (it is possible, I promise!). No fad diets and no quick fixes (sorry to burst your bubble but they don't exist) but if you are consistent and stay on course and follow your plans you will definitely achieve your goals (I can promise you that too!).
